I met Steve and Karen through Charlotte and Alan, whose wedding I photographed last year. As soon as I talked to Steve on the phone about their engagement portraits, I knew they were going to be an awesome couple to work with.Steve and Karen married at their local church then had their reception at the Orlando Science Center. We're big fans of the Science Center as we take our little guy their often, so I was excited to see how they would set up for an event. It was a beautiful and cool evening under the stars with a view of downtown Orlando.
Congratulations to Steve and Karen and best wishes for many happy years together!

Todd and I photographed Michelle and Andrew's engagement portraits a little over two year ago, and I was about 4 or 5 months pregnant at the time. I'm so grateful that we kept in touch and got to be their wedding photographers almost two years later.
Their wedding couldn't have run more smoothly and the weather was absolutely perfect. Certainly foreshadowing their long and happy life together. Here is a sneak peek of their wedding day.

This past weekend Todd and I took advantage of a much needed getaway to the beach with our baby boy. Fortunately, it was also a business trip so we'll reap the benefits come tax time next year. A female photogapher's group on Facebook called CeFloFePhos (Central Florida Female Photographers) has two weekend retreats a year and this one was planned for Siesta Key, Florida. Being that this is my favorite beach area, I jumped at the chance.
Todd, Dylan and I went up a day early to get lots of beach time in, especially since this was Dylan's first trip to the beach. He absolutely loved it and we had to pry him from the sand!
There were also lots of shoots planned which I got to attend a couple. Here are a few shots from those including one of Todd and Dylan on the beach as we take portraits of models in wedding dresses.

I knew when I met Lindsay and Jeremiah that I was going to really enjoy their wedding day. What a blast they were and their wedding party was just as fun and zany! It was all shenanigans while getting ready and party time after the ceremony.
Thanks so much you two for allowing me to be a part of your day. You're a gorgeous couple!

Shane and Kelly got married at the Pat O' Brien's Restaurant in
Universal's City Walk. The restaurant has a great courtyard in the back
for small ceremonies and a piano bar on the inside for an awesome
reception. They both got ready along with their wedding party at
Universal's Hard Rock Resort. What a cool hotel! I had a great time
spending the day with you two and wish you the happiest life together.
